Billing and legal

Hosted ReqRun subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Checkout, tax handling, invoices, and payment method management are handled through Paddle, which may act as merchant of record for paid plans. Paid plans normally remain active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Paid plans are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Does ReqRun include OpenAI usage?

No. ReqRun pricing covers execution reliability only. OpenAI usage is billed directly by OpenAI using your own API key.

Who handles checkout and invoices?

Paddle handles checkout, tax handling, invoices, and payment method management for hosted paid plans.

Can I start locally?

Yes. Local evaluation helps you test integration, but production reliability (retries, persistence, limits, support) requires hosted ReqRun.

Is this enterprise-only?

No. The launch target is developer-friendly self-serve usage with clear limits.

What counts as a request run?

A request run is one accepted ReqRun request, whether it completes immediately or finishes later through the worker.

When should I upgrade?

Use the Builder plan when your app depends on OpenAI requests completing reliably. If losing a single request creates cleanup work or affects users, Builder removes Free plan limits and ensures continuity.

What happens when I hit the Free limit?

ReqRun warns at 80% usage and pauses new work at the monthly limit. It also caps pending work per project so one app cannot flood the queue. Builder removes these limits so your requests continue reliably without interruption.

Is ReqRun open source?

The SDK, examples, and local evaluation path can be developer-friendly. The hosted control plane that provides durability and reliability is part of the paid product.

How do refunds work?

Hosted subscriptions sold through Paddle follow Paddle's refund policy. Depending on buyer location, statutory refund windows include 14, 7, or 5 calendar days. See the Refund Policy for details.

Will these prices change?

Early pricing reflects launch-stage limits. Future plans may evolve as usage grows.
