1. General rule
Paid ReqRun subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless required by law, charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts.
2. No prorated refunds for partial use
ReqRun does not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, partially used request quota, partially used project limits, or partially used API key capacity.
Once requests have been accepted and processed through ReqRun, refunds are not issued based on partial quota consumption or partial-period usage.
3. No refunds for misuse or policy violations
No refund is issued if an account, project, or subscription is suspended or terminated because of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of ReqRun policies.
- Spamming, abusive automation, or deceptive bulk messaging.
- Attempts to evade limits, billing, security controls, or service restrictions.
- Illegal use, rights infringement, or other prohibited activity.
- Misuse of ReqRun API keys, dashboard accounts, connected OpenAI keys, or infrastructure.
- Use that violates applicable law or upstream provider policies.
4. Cancellation
If you cancel a paid plan, the cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current period.
5. When a refund or credit may apply
ReqRun may issue a full or partial refund, or service credit, if ReqRun terminates a paid service without cause, bills in error, or materially fails to provide the subscribed service and cannot reasonably cure the issue.
Any such refund or credit is determined based on the specific circumstances, the unused portion of the subscription period, and applicable law.
6. Upstream provider charges
ReqRun pricing covers the reliability layer only. OpenAI usage is billed separately through the provider key connected to your project. ReqRun does not refund third-party model charges or other external provider fees.
7. How to request a billing review
For billing questions or refund review requests, contact support@reqrun.com. If billing is processed through Paddle, ReqRun may use Paddle workflows to complete the approved refund.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection or withdrawal rights where they apply.
