Terms of Service

Terms for using ReqRun.

These terms govern hosted ReqRun accounts, dashboard access, API use, and paid plans.

1. Scope

ReqRun is an LLM request reliability layer for OpenAI-compatible request execution. These Terms apply to your use of the hosted dashboard, API, support interactions, and paid subscriptions.

By creating an account, generating API keys, or sending requests through ReqRun, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, project configuration, dashboard sessions, API keys, and connected provider credentials. Keep credentials confidential and notify ReqRun promptly if you believe an account, project, or key has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or keys, including requests submitted by your applications, team members, or automated systems.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ReqRun to abuse the service, other users, upstream providers, or third parties.

  • Do not use ReqRun for illegal activity, fraud, rights infringement, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Do not spam, run deceptive campaigns, or use the service for abusive bulk messaging or harassment.
  • Do not attempt to bypass limits, evade billing, overwhelm the queue, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with service integrity.
  • Do not misuse OpenAI keys, ReqRun API keys, or connected infrastructure belonging to you or anyone else.
  • Do not use ReqRun in a way that violates upstream provider policies, including OpenAI usage restrictions.

ReqRun may suspend or terminate accounts, projects, keys, or access when misuse, abuse, fraud, or material policy violations are detected.

4. Service operation

ReqRun provides request queueing, retries, idempotency, and request status visibility. We may improve, modify, or remove features to keep the product secure, reliable, and supportable.

ReqRun stores request payloads and result data only to the extent needed to execute queued work, return results, support retries, and maintain request status. You remain responsible for the prompts, content, and outputs you send through the service.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next renewal date. Plan limits may include projects, API keys, monthly accepted requests, retention, and pending queue caps.

ReqRun uses Paddle for hosted billing operations. Paddle may appear as merchant of record for checkout, tax handling, invoices, and payment method management.

If a paid plan is canceled, access typically remains available through the end of the current billing period unless the account is suspended or terminated for cause.

6. Refunds

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. In short, ReqRun does not offer prorated refunds for partial periods or partial quota usage once request runs have been sent through the service.

No refund is provided for accounts suspended or terminated because of misuse, abuse, fraud, or other violations of these Terms. If ReqRun terminates a paid service without cause, ReqRun may provide a credit or refund for the unused portion of the current period, subject to applicable law.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ReqRun at any time. ReqRun may suspend, limit, or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or respond to material security or billing issues.

Suspension or termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred. Sections that reasonably should survive termination, including payment, acceptable use, liability, and intellectual property provisions, will survive.

8. Privacy and data handling

ReqRun handles account, billing, support, and service-operation data as described in the Privacy Policy. That includes minimal operational metadata, encrypted project provider keys, and request data needed to execute queued work.

9. Intellectual property

ReqRun and its software, branding, documentation, and hosted service components remain the property of ReqRun or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the hosted service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

You retain your rights in your prompts, request content, outputs, and application data, subject to the rights needed for ReqRun to operate the service.

10. Warranties and liability

ReqRun is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReqRun disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReqRun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
